Librarians are experts in the organization, evaluation and retrieval of information. Their primary responsibility is the development our students' information literacy skills.

A walking tour will orient you or your class to our services, collections, and facilities in the Learner Centre. Tours are between 15-30 minutes long.

Group instruction is offered throughout the year on a range of topics such as APA Citation and Referencing, Research Skills, Website Evaluation, etc.
We provide customized, assignment-specific library instruction to develop the research and information literacy skills of students. Instruction can be provided in your classroom, a computer lab or in the library.
Students and staff can schedule individual or small group appointments for 30 minutes with a librarian.
The Computer Commons provides computer resources for students in the 5th floor Learner Centre. Here at our drop-in facility, students can use PC computers with Windows 7 and Microsoft Office.
Computer CommonsNorQuest College offers a wide range of services to students with disabilities. Support services such as academic strategies, test accommodation, sign language interpreters, and access to adaptive technology can be arranged.

eTutor Alberta, an initiative sponsored by eCampusAlberta, is a consortium of public Alberta post-secondary institutions that have partnered together to provide an online asynchronous writing support service for its students.
