Solutions for common problems:

  • Permit all pop-ups and file downloads. Programs like virtual classroom software require your computer to download and install small applications. Permit and 'trust' all pop-ups and downloading files during the launching of your virtual classroom.
    • You might have to go back and click the original url link to launch the virtual classroom software if your pop-up blocker stopped the launch process.
  • Connection speed, when launching the virtual classroom, choose the option highlighted – no need to change the default setting; the application selects your fastest communication speed for you.
  • For audio problems, make sure you run through the Audio Wizard set-up when you arrive to the class. From within the lunched virtual classroom, select the Tools menu > Audio > Audio Setup Wizard.
